Hi, I’m Lane.

I’m a documentary photographer/photojournalist whose images have appeared in a variety of print and online magazines nationally and internationally, including Wired, The Oakland Tribune, Inc Magazine and Der Spiegel.

I have also spent time documenting the unique parts of San Francisco Bay Area culture – the arts, technology and underground scene. My current long-term photo documentary projects include the East Bay Rats Motorcycle Club (a biker club in West Oakland) and Circo Caballero, a traveling Mexican circus.

I studied film/video and photography at Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, Canada and the San Francisco Art Institute.
